Decision Room uses a formal governance framework to ensure every report is prepared using a consistent, transparent and balanced methodology.
Our process:
Governance ensures that Decision Room provides disciplined decision support, not the final decision.
Decision Room is designed to minimise collection of identifiable user data.
Individual users are not required to create an account. We do not seek from users any personal identifiers or confidential business information when submitting a decision.
Our sanitisation process redacts identifying data from your submission.
All original user submissions are deleted from our database within 72 hours of submission.
Access to submitted data during this processing window is restricted to authorised personnel for the purpose of analysis and synthesis only.
Decision Room retains only transformed analytical outputs derived from user submissions. These outputs do not contain original user data and are not stored in a form that can be directly reused or attributed to an individual or business.
User submissions are processed through a sanitisation layer designed to remove or redact identifiable, sensitive, or commercially specific information prior to analysis.
While Decision Room takes reasonable steps to reduce the presence of such information, users remain responsible for ensuring that submissions do not contain personal, confidential, or sensitive data.
After processing, only structured analytical outputs are retained. Original submissions are permanently deleted within 72 hours.
Decision Room retains anonymised analytical data for the purposes of improving the service, supporting structured analysis, and understanding decision-making patterns over time.
Decision Room uses third-party AI systems to support multi-perspective analysis. Where available, we select providers that allow us to opt out of model training on submitted data.
User submissions are sanitised prior to being processed by AI systems to reduce the presence of identifiable or sensitive information.
AI-generated outputs are subject to structured review and human synthesis. Final briefing reports are not generated solely by AI and always include human oversight.
After a decision is submitted, the sanitised content is analysed using a structured multi-step process. Original user input is retained only for processing and is deleted within 72 hours.
Decision Room retains the resulting analytical outputs in an anonymised form for auditing, system improvement, and the development of decision intelligence models.
Retained data is not used for marketing purposes and is not linked to user identity.
Decision Room is designed to reduce the risk of identifying users or their organisations by removing original submissions and retaining only transformed analytical outputs. However, no system can guarantee complete elimination of inference risk.
By submitting a decision, users confirm that they have not included personal identifiers, confidential business information, or sensitive data.
Decision Room may decline or request modification of submissions that appear to contain such information.
Users agree to submit only business-related decisions and not use the platform for illegal, personal, or inappropriate purposes.
Decision Room reserves the right to manage, review, and process submissions in accordance with these policies.
